"back in 2023 to 2025 service was great .daniela did a great job taking my payment over the phone..i had 4 vehicles cover under one policies.and i also had home owner ins. then out of no where they decide to start charging me for 3 vehicles under one bill. then charging me for the 4th vehicles on a separate bill .when ask to bill me all 4 vehicles on one policy.they said they were making changes on their policy.there were doing this at all insurance place..ask to talk to mr luis rivera.he was out they did not when he would return .left messages for him to call me .so that we could get this matter resolve.waited 2week never heard nothing from him.. that sad because he being over this office .seem to me he doese not care about the people he service.no text ...no e mail... no phone call come on MR LUIS RIVERA WHAT GOING ON .YOU CAN DO BETTER......YOU ARE A BAD EXAMPLE OF A PERSON DO DO BUSSINESS WITH.....I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THANK TO MR LUIS RIVERA............"
